Vintage Photos - Lot 3 (777-780) This photo is a neat street scene that I believe features 42nd Street. On the left you can see a theater marquee with listings for Monkey On My Back and A Face in the Crowd which would date this photo in 1957 even without the date on the slide itself.

Vintage Photos - Lot 3 (729-732): he photos in this set all feature the Mayflower II. This is a replica of the original Mayflower that was built in England in 1956-1957 based on reconstructed blueprints held by the Plimoth Patuxet Museum. It was sailed from England to Plymouth, MA arriving on June 22, 1957. It was then towed up the East River to New York City on July 1st, 1957.

These are a continuation from the last set and all appear to have been taken from the SS Northampton which was a ferry operating between Kiptopeke Beach and Little Creek, Virginia.

Vintage Photos - Lot 3 (701-704): This photo features one of the Chesapeake Bay ferries that were commonly used before the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel was constructed. I assume the destination from this location is Kiptopeke Beach, Virginia (Kiptopeke State Park today).
