Texas VA Run Like a ‘Crime Syndicate,’ Whistleblower Says

Last week, President Obama pledged to address allegations of corruption and dangerous inefficiencies in the veterans’ health-care system. But before the president could deliver on his pledge, the scandal has spread even further.
